About the Crafter

Over the years I have experienced many health related issues, many of which were poorly or misdiagnosed, leaving me feeling emotionally, mentally and physically inadequate. Often I would experience prolonged symptoms and debilitating pain or discomfort, for which the answer seemed to be over the counter prescriptions or chemically based pharmaceutical products, none of which gave me any complete satisfaction or relief I might add.

If and when they did, I was then finding that the commercially manufactured products were causing other non-related issues which impacted my health and wellbeing even further and left me desperate to find an alternative.

Deciding to take a holistic approach and seeking different remedies, I was introduced to the world of essential oils by a friend and decided, although a little sceptical, to give them a go. To this day I have not looked back and remain eternally grateful for those initial conversations. My health started to improve dramatically and I started advocating for the amazing healing benefits essential oils offered.

Family and friends started trialling my various personalised ointments, creams, roller blends and skincare products and were delighted with the results. Their continued success prompted and inspired me to expand, thus A+ Essentials was created.

I decided to start making my handcrafted blends available to a wider community, offering a range of products which will not only nurture and nourish your skin, but provide customers with a natural, therapeutic alternative to store bought products, allowing them to avoid harmful chemicals, parabens and preservatives.
